During the peak wedding season, photographers find themselves buried under terabytes of RAW files. You hire freelance photo editors, wedding album designers, or second shooters to speed up delivery. However, mailing hard drives is slow, and sharing raw Google Drive or Dropbox folders exposes your original files to accidental deletions, unorganized chaos, and security risks.

Step-by-Step Team Setup
Locate the Collaboration Area
Log in to your Studio Dashboard and select the client workspace from the sidebar. Under the workspace options, click on the 'Collaborators' tab to view active team shares.
Enter the Editor's Albumya Username
Type the registered Albumya username of your editor or designer in the invite field. The system will validate that the studio username exists in the directory in real-time.
Configure Folder Access and Permissions
Select which specific event folders (e.g. 'Haldi Raw Selection' or 'Album Layout Sheets') they can access. Tick the 'Can Write' checkbox if they need to upload edited sheets, and 'Can Delete' if they need to replace drafts.
Send Invitation
Click the 'Send Request' button. The system queues a real-time notification on their account. Once they accept the request from their dashboard header, the shared folder appears instantly in their workspace list.
Collaborators can only upload or delete files within folders they are explicitly invited to. They cannot see your billing information, register other clients, or access folders in your dashboard that have not been shared with them.
Once the wedding sheets design is finished, you can remove collaborator access in one click from the Collaborators tab. This immediately deletes the folder from their dashboard panel, ensuring your files remain secure.
